the check-in process was quick and straightforward. parking proved to be very convenient! i appreciated the location, just a short walk from the train station. the staff were super polite and helpful, a huge plus!!!
the walls felt really thin, so i could hear noise from the adjacent room.

The hotel's location was quite convenient. It was very close to boston common. the staff was really friendly and helpful. i appreciated that the hotel offered complimentary coffee in the lobby. it made the mornings a bit easier.
My single room felt small. I hoped there was some space for my bag. it would be useful to store luggage under the bed or reconfigure the wardrobe to accommodate bags. i missed having a fridge.

The location made exploring easy. The staff were helpful with directions, especially since I wanted to see the waterfront and tea party museum. My room had ample space between the two queen beds, a nice surprise. I also appreciated the 24-hour availability of tea and coffee in the lobby..
The steps leading up to the main door were quite steep. It was a slight inconvenience with luggage.
